The stats and skills system is build around four main components. Hunting, fighting, medicine and experience. These can be improved through the role-play, not through purchases.
Hunting, fighting and medicine are all life skills, ones which can be trained by an adult or an individual who has enough experience to teach them. You can decide which of the skills you wish to put more effort into training and there is no cap on how many skill points you can have. It all depends on how much effort you put in to training. Admins will be able to update your skills points but you won't so when they think your character has learnt enough the skill level in the appropriate bars will be raised.
Experience is based on what your character has gone through during their life, it is raised by admins depending on their thoughts on how your character had learnt things and experienced things. This cannot be trained as such but being active could be helpful towards it rising.
When you start out your character - depending on age - will have a certain amount of points. This means you can still earn more, it's just how many your character will start with when they first enter the role-play. This table displays how this will happen:
(The skill points to split are split amongst hunting, fighting and medicine depending on your preferences).
Age Group | Experience Points | Skill points to split |
Pup | 0 | 10 |
Yearling | 20 | 30 |
Adult | 40 | 40 |
Elder | 50 | 40 |
