Looks

Annwyl might seem to be a normal arctic wolf in her markings and build but she’s far from it. Unlike her references, she only has three legs. Annwyl doesn’t have her back left leg. She was born without it, a strange defect that quite only some wolves are born with. Other than that she looks like a regular arctic wolf, a tall, bulky build and thick white fur. Although she does have a slightly more cream coloured back than normal. Her eyes are a pale brown colour, when the light hits them they can look a little orangey but they’re brown in reality.

Personality

Annwyl is a sociopath, which is a mental health disorder which makes her detached and antisocial. It doesn’t mean she doesn’t talk or is shy, it’s more that she tries to socialise and does talk to people but she doesn’t do a good job at it, being rude without knowing. She doesn’t understand emotions and doesn’t feel any. She can offend other wolves by being blunt and unkind but she doesn’t know she’s doing it. Being a sociopath she does have a bit of a conscience but it’s weak, which means she knows deep down that what’s she is doing is wrong but doesn’t notice it. She doesn’t feel emotions like fear and love etc and can’t empathise with others, however she can feel things like happiness (to a degree, only when it’s something she loves), boredom and anger.

Annwyl doesn’t have friends in her mind, she’s never really had any and she’s always being called a psychopath. She’s not afraid to tell the world she’s a sociopath, she just blurts it out, like she blurts out all her other thoughts. She can be rather demanding sometimes, especially if she wants something done. She’s quite a lone ranger, though, tending to do things herself. She has had one friend before, she was still rude to them like with anyone else, which is what she’s like with friends. The only difference is she allows her friends to be around her more and finds them less annoying.

She can be kind and isn’t a murderer, both common misconceptions of sociopaths, they’re not all murderers and unkind. Annwyl will be kind to others, she tries to be but because of her condition it’s hard to be that way and she often hurts others without knowing. Generally when she tries to make friends she tends to stick to a small few that understand her, well enough anyway. Annwyl believes that love is a silly distraction, never having cared for finding love. Many males have shown compassion to her but she didn’t notice any of them, she doesn’t understand emotions. She just treated them like everyone else, with good intentions but always messing things up. She never says thank you or sorry, it’s not something she does, she has to be told by others to do it.
