Looks

Arbiter has a pretty normal body for an Italian wolf, being slim and quite brown in colour. He is a little fluffier during the winter than a normal Italian wolf would be but that is because he’s got used to having to be able to stand the cooler temperatures. He’s got large ears and long, thin legs. He’s not got much muscle at all and as a result of this he is quite weak, but he makes up for it with his speed; which his long legs help him with. He is also very light-weight, being able to walk around a lot in complete silence, which can help him greatly.

Personality

Arbiter is a bit of a goof, no, he’s a complete goof. He loves to play and acts like pup or yearling but he’s not, he’s an adult. He doesn’t really have much of a sense of responsibility unless it is necessary for him to feel that way and act a bit more mature. He will play fight a lot and do things that most pups would do but looks like a bit of an idiot doing it; to adults anyway. He’s quite clumsy and often makes silly mistakes, falls over and knocks others over in his playful moods.

Arbiter also tends to like most male wolves and crushes on a lot of them, but he doesn’t have the guts to say anything so he will just go on with his daily life normally. In fact, he doesn’t act like he’s crushing on anyone, he just acts like a big goof all the time. He also doesn’t have the guts to say he's actually gay, either; he’s shy when it comes to talking about his personal life. However, if he really likes a wolf he will try and discretely flirt or let them know. If a wolf he liked became mates with another wolf he’d still be happy for them; if they’re happy, he’s happy.

He can also be sensible and responsible sometimes, like most can. He will take responsibility when he needs to and he will assist with anything he is asked to do without hesitation. No matter whether he is afraid of the thing he is asked to do or he really doesn’t want to he will, he is very gullible. Arbiter can also sometimes give good input but usually nobody listens due to his silly, pup-like personality.

Strengths	Arbiter is fast and agile (when he’s not being playful and clumsy), making it easier for him to run away and prey. He can also speak fluent Italian and English, which is a good thing in a way.
Weaknesses	Arbiter is weak, he doesn’t have much muscle and is not physically strong at all. He’s also very gullible so sometimes he can be talked into doing something stupid. Arbiter is also clumsy, which can get him into quite a bit of trouble sometimes.

Fears	He fears that everyone will hate him and he will never get any friends.
Habits	Arbiter has a habit of trying to play with almost everyone he meets, being extremely playful and bouncy. He sometimes starts randomly talking in Italian since he knows both Italian and English fluently.
