A wandering group [O] [S] any pack wolves

Carwyn continued to stroll through the woodland, trees above his head as he walked and the wind gently blowing through the trees. His white and grey pelt flowed slightly as he moved, one side being pushed back to reveal his skin beneath it as the wind pushed against it. He didn't know whether the rest of the pack was nearby and he didn't mind, he'd be able to gather them if he needed to. Hazel orbs fell on a distant figure but not one of a wolf, no it was a deer. Carwyn was hungry and thought he could take it down himself. Well he wasn't that hungry but he was hungry enough to kill, he had the skill to take down a dear, didn't he? There was no harm in trying.

Carwyn approached the deer, stalking silently, approaching from down-wind so the deer couldn't catch his scent for a while. Once he was close enough he went off at full pace, charging towards the deer. Eventually he did catch up to it and manage to get alongside it to grab it's neck, luckily it was a youngster. He had killed it and got himself a meal; finally he was able to eat. Carwyn ripped bits of flesh right from the carcass, sighing as he ate, he was still alone right now; where was the rest of his pack?

Jump, jump, pounce. Jeamesero barked happily as he ran after a little bug in the grass. A small grasshopper, very uncommon around here this season. But this was the first one of the new year, it seemed, and Jeamesero happily would make it his first meal.
Jump, jump, pounce. The grasshopper hopped a few more times away from Jeamesero as the wolf excitedly pounced right for it. But he missed it as the creature was too fast for him. With a yip he landed with his belly on the ground. But Jeamesero had not hurt himself, no, he still smiled brightly with his big round chestnut brown eyes, his tail wagging behind him like madness.


But the grasshopper got away, as the scent of his leader hit his nostrils. Jeamesero lifted his head and looked towards the trees of the Deephaven Forestry and noticed Carwyn walking there. The male was stalking a deer. Jeamesero grew excited again and completely forgot about the grasshopper, darting over to his leader.
Jeamesero had been part of the pack for almost a year now, and he had grown close to the leader and one other member, Gwyn, even though they did not know much about him. He had entered the valley around a year ago in search of a new home, and to flee from his inner demons he didn't exactly know much about at first. But the voices in his head had grown stronger over time and now Jeamesero could actually have conversations with them in his head, and he had grown more aware of the two other wolves inside of him.


''Carwyn, heeey~'' Jeamesero said in quite a whispering tone through rather loud. He didn't want to spook away the deer because he guessed Carwyn was stalking it, but he was too excited for his own good. ''Are you hunting? Can I help? Maybe I can become an actual hunter for the pack if I do my best~'' he said, hoping that would actually happen. But normally Jeamesero just messed up, and that caused him to make a mess of everything and just demote himself even more.
''You cannot do shit, Jeames. You are a fool. You cannot do anything right.'' one of the voices in his head spoke, the mean one; Death Mask. He was the demon Jeamesero tried to flee one. The other, Kirinun, wasn't as mean, just a lot more cold. But he never said Jeamesero couldn't do anything right; he instead encouraged Jeamesero. Feeling a bad sit about that but doing his best to ignore the mean voice, Jeamesero gave Carwyn a weak smile. ''Can I help? Pleaseeee...?''

Brynn had joined the pack not long ago, around probably a month ago. He was an Omega as of now, but maybe he could become a better rank if he was able to proof himself. Because upon meeting the pack wolves, he had to tell them his skills, the rank he wanted. Being unable to hunt since his father had never really thought him, and since he had never paid attention to the hunting lessons before, he could not become a hunter. Brynn had survived the wild constantly by scavenging food, finding already dead prey with his nose.
He had realized he should be more serious in life, and actually learn how to hunt, but he was afraid they would not want him to come alone. Still, he was here now, in Deephaven Forestry, hiding in the shadows, watching his pack members.


Carwyn had gone out hunting and had spotted a deer, and now he was stalking it. And soon after the deer had been spotted, Jeamesero joined Carwyn's side. He seemed happy and excited, wagging his tail. Was he going to join the hunt? Brynn watched them and wondered if he should hunt too. He wanted to learn but he wasn't sure if he would be good enough. And the pack needed food. If he joined the hunt, wouldn't he mess it up and cause the pack to starve? He didn't want that to happen.
Brynn decided to stay out of sight for now, in the shadows of the forest, watching his pack mates from behind the trees as he decided on what to do. He saw Carwyn and Jeamesero now, but where was Gwyn? And Satou?

‘’Carwyn, heeey~’’ A voice from behind said in a whispering tone, even though it was really quite loud for a whisper. The alpha did know who it was, though; it was Jeamesero, one of the pack’s omegas. He wasn’t a bad wolf, he just didn’t know where he wanted to specialise yet. That was fine by Carwyn, if he wanted time to figure out his position that was totally fine and he would allow it, or Jeamesero could even stay as an omega if he wished.
‘’Are you hunting? Can I help? Maybe I can become an actual hunter for the pack if I do my best~’’ Jeamesero said, still distracting Carwyn from his stalking. Although if he wanted to help that was okay, he could. The male wasn’t going to try and hold him back, ever. ‘’Can I help? Pleaseeee...?’’
‘’Yes, I am hunting, Jeames. You can help me and let’s hope that can happen one day.’’ Carwyn whispered back, smiling at him as he spoke.

After they’d brought it down together he smiled at the omega, he’d done well. Maybe the alpha could find some spare time to teach Jeamesero how to hunt better? That way he would be better at hunting and he could maybe choose a speciality. Fighting didn’t really suit Jeames and Carwyn wasn’t the best with medical skills, Rhys could teach him those.
‘’Well done, Jeames. You know, if you really want to learn to hunt better you should let me train you, I can teach you hunting. I would probably suggest going to Rhys to learn medicine, simply because he is better than me at it. Although you don’t have to if you don’t want to, you can just assist in more hunts and see how you get on? Just let me know what you want to do, okay?’’ Carwyn said with a smile towards him, hoping that he would have got his point across.

Gwyn slowly padded through the forest, looking around for the rest of the pack. He didn’t really talk to them much or socialise but he had become quite good friends with Jeamesero and Carwyn since he’d been part of the pack. He wasn’t too sure on the others, they made him a little wary; well everyone did. Carwyn and Jeames had earnt his trust after quite a long time but the rest of the pack members were newer ones and he hadn’t known them for long. As he walked through the bushes he noticed multiple scents from the pack, Brynn being the closest. He didn’t really fancy talking to another wolf, he was shy and scared, it wasn’t because he had anything against Brynn at all, and in fact he admired him in a way. Now he had to make a decision, though. He had to either go to Brynn or go to Carwyn and Jeames, he didn’t know what to do now. Or he could just stay alone in the woodlands, just observing but that might not go down too well. Gwyn decided to brave it and go and talk to Brynn, maybe forcing himself to would help him socialise more? He didn’t really care whether it would but this time he wanted to try.

‘’Hi, Brynn.’’ He said as he approached the brown, black and white male. The omega had strange markings but he liked them, they made him look different and special. Gwyn’s face heated up as he spoke, he was embarrassed but still he tried to hide his emotions, he didn’t want to show how shy he was of talking to the male. He just wanted to be able to speak to someone new for a change but he found it so hard, that was something he needed to work on.

Rhys ran through the woods, panting as he struggled to breathe as he had been running for quite a long time. He didn’t stop running until he finally caught up to his prey, a small rabbit. He snapped his jaws closed to kill the animal, smirking a little as he did so. He’d finally caught it after such a long chase. Rhys ate the dead animal before moving on, trying to find his pack mates.

Eventually Carwyn and Jeames came into view, it seemed they had just finished a hunt. Their alpha was so kind and accepting, Rhys always liked an alpha like that. He looked to the side and Brynn and Gwyn were there, talking. But where was Satou? There was no sign of him anywhere. Rhys didn’t know what to do now so he just walked over to Carwyn and Jeames, smiling as he walked over.
‘’Hey, Jeames and Carwyn~’’ He said with a grin. He was just trying to be kind and polite but he was a little excited after killing that rabbit. ‘’So, I see you’ve killed a deer, good job.’’
He then looked at Jeames, he didn’t really know any of them that well; he just knew who they were. His orbs landed back on the alpha and he looked up, waiting for him to speak or waiting for Jeames to speak. He just stayed silent.

They had brought down the deer together after a while, and Jeamesero jumped up and down excitedly after the kill. He had killed prey, he was getting better at this! Oh, how proud he felt of himself right now.
''Well done, Jeames. You know, if you really want to learn to hunt better you should let me train you, I can teach you hunting. I would probably suggest going to Rhys to learn medicine, simply because he is better than me at it. ''You were lucky this time.'' Death Mask said to him in his head, but Jeamesero ignored him. Not now man, not now.
''Yes yes yes! I wanna become a hunter! Then I can hunt for all of you and make myself useful!'' he said happily. Normally he wasn't this excited, but today he just was. Brynn had been rubbing his excitement off on him, after the two had been spending time together and talking and playing games. Now Jeamesero was almost just as chaotic as Brynn. Which probably was a bad sign.
''So you know where Brynn and Gwyn and Rhys are so we can eat?'' he asked Carwyn, but just at that moment Rhys arrived. Jeamesero turned his head towards the male and wagged his tail with a smile on his face. ''Rhys, hey! I was wondering where you was. Do you know where Brynn and Gwyn are?''

Brynn watched how Carwyn and Jeamesero hunted the deer and brought it down together. He was still hiding and watching them closely. He wanted to hunt too, but he knew he would never be able to, for he just couldn't get it right...
The male had not noticed Gwyn come up behind him and when the wolf said hi to him, he yelped in shock and jumped up, turning around and eyeing the wolf with big eyes. But as soon as he noticed it was Gwyn, he calmed down and dropped his first raised tail.
''Oh, Gwyn, hi!'' he said, trying to sound calm, but he still sounded rather startled, and his eyes were wide and big and round. ''I um... you startled me.''


He chuckled a bit sheepishly, feeling ashamed for yelling so much. By now the other probably must have heard him and noticed he was up here. Brynn wondered what they would think of him just standing there and watching them.
Brynn looked at Gwyn and stood there, his legs shaking slightly. But he was no longer startled, just felt stupid for yelling in Gwyn's ear, sort of. ''I'm sorry Gwyn, you sort of startled me. I had not expected someone to come up behind me.'' he explained, once again giving the male in front of him an apologetic smile. But after that his expression turned more happy and cheerful again, and he started wagging his tail. ''How are you? Oh, Carwyn and Jeames caught a deer, wanna go down and eat? They probably must know by now I'm here...''
Again a sheepish chuckle, he gave Gwyn a bit of a nervous glance.

‘’Oh, Gwyn, hi!’’ Brynn said after he jumped a little. Gwyn didn’t mean to startle the wolf at all, actually, it didn’t matter now, though. He lowered his tail but still looked at him with wide eyes. Gwyn just smiled at him, he understood why he was afraid; he had just accidentally snuck up on the omega. He sounded startled still but the hunter ignored it, he didn’t mind.

‘’I um... you startled me.’’ He then said followed by a sheepish smile. Gwyn chuckled at him, not in a mean or rude way but he was trying to be sociable for once, make Brynn feel more comfortable. He looked back towards where Carwyn and Jeames were, they were now with Rhys who was talking to them.
‘’I'm sorry Gwyn, you sort of startled me. I had not expected someone to come up behind me.’’ Brynn said, looking at him with an apologetic smile. Why? Why was he apologising? Gwyn should be doing that, right?
‘’No, I should be saying sorry. I didn’t mean to startle you. I’m sorry.’’ Gwyn replied, shaking his head. He didn’t want Brynn to feel like it was his fault because it wasn’t, it was his own fault, nobody else’s.
‘’How are you? Oh, Carwyn and Jeames caught a deer, wanna go down and eat? They probably must know by now I'm here...’’ He then said, looking happier now. The hunter watched as he chuckled and then looked at him nervously. He was almost as nervous as Gwyn was right now by the looks of things.
‘’I’m fine… You? Yeah, sure. Let’s go.’’ He said, starting to walk slowly towards them. He looked back a few times to make sure Brynn was following him, he didn’t want to leave him behind but he also didn’t really want to talk right now. Talking wasn’t something he did, neither was socialising. He stopped a few metres away from the group and the kill, he started breathing to calm himself down. He didn’t move, though, he just waited for a little for himself to feel calmer.

‘’Yes yes yes! I wanna become a hunter! Then I can hunt for all of you and make myself useful!’’ Jeamesero said, sounding very excited. Usually he was a little more laid back than this, Brynn must have been rubbing off on him. He was such an excitable wolf. Carwyn didn’t mention anything, though, he just sat there, listening to Jeames and nodding his head, looking pleased.
‘’Yes, yes. You can be trained to be a hunter, of course.’’ Carwyn replied, smiling again at his pack mate, who suddenly started talking again.
‘’So you know where Brynn and Gwyn and Rhys are so we can eat?’’ Jeames asked, still looking happy. Just then Rhys appeared and Carwyn turned to face him.
‘’Speak of the devil…’’ He mumbled as the wolf came towards them. He started talking, obviously trying to make conversation.
‘’Rhys, hey! I was wondering where you was. Do you know where Brynn and Gwyn are?’’ Jeames then asked Rhys. Then a sound came from the bushes not too far from here and then the voice of Brynn, followed by the quiet little voice of Gwyn.
‘’Oh I know where they are.’’ Carwyn said with a smirk, he found it funny actually. He watched as Gwyn emerged from the bushes, he walked until he was a few metres away from the group and looked down, the alpha could see he was breathing deeply. He knew that the hunter was shy so just let him, almost ignoring it. Then he watched his pack mate just stand there, doing nothing.
‘’Gwyn, it is okay, come here.’’ He said to him, smiling. Carwyn stepped back a little, hoping that the wolf would listen to his order and come forward to join them, as shy as he was.

‘’Rhys, hey! I was wondering where you was. Do you know where Brynn and Gwyn are?’’ Jeamesero said, seeming extremely excitable today. He watched as the omega wagged his tail and smiled, he smiled back.
‘’Oh I know where they are.’’ Carwyn suddenly said, right as Rhys was going to speak. He watched as the alpha turned towards where he had seen the two wolves and Gwyn emerged, stopping halfway. He seemed rather unsure, the male could understand. He knew that the hunter was a shy wolf, it was perfectly reasonable for him to feel unsure right now. Although he had seen him on hunts, a much different wolf, he seemed to forget that there are others there almost and works well with them, really well, to bring the prey down. It was always a rather marvellous spectacle to see.

‘’Gwyn, it is okay, come here.’’ The alpha said, never once looking unsure with what he said. He knew how to lead, he was strong, both mentally and physically. You could see by the way he held himself that he wasn’t afraid to take charge and be the one everyone hates every once in a while. That was a good quality to have, Rhys knew he could trust him.

Gwyn was the one apologizing the most, and Brynn stared at him in confusion. But in the end he guessed it was fair the both apologized to each other. Brynn for not noticing Gwyn behind him and getting startled by the male, while Gwyn was sorry for startling him. Yeah, in the end it was fair.
''It's okay, don't worry about it~'' Brynn responded with a smile on his face and a wag from his tail. And then his face turned nervous again, and slightly ashamed. ''I just shouldn't have sneaked up on the others and trying to spy on them...'' he said after that. Yeah, Brynn was a goof and that honest. If he spied on his pack mates, he would let them know later he had. What a silly little wolf.
Gwyn then said he was fine, and asked how Brynn was, before mentioning that it was a good idea to go down the hill and towards their pack mates. ''I'm fine.'' Brynn said and he nodded his head to the last statement.


He watched Gwyn go down and towards the others. Carwyn addressed him and said that he could come and eat as soon as shy Gwyn stood there silently. Carwyn was really nice, Brynn liked him a lot. He wished he was just as cool at Carwyn, but in reality Brynn was a goof and not worth much; he often screwed up on things. That was a great issue he had to deal with. He watched the four wolves down there and decided to finally go down himself, too. Even though he felt kind of awkward, Brynn hopped down to them with a bright smile and his tail wagging like crazy.
''Heeey guyssss! You caught food! That's so good! Yay!'' he yipped with excitement as he dashed over to his fellow pack mates. He stopped near them and kept on wagging his tail as he stared at the deer, the feeling of hunger now starting to nag at his stomach.

Satou rushed forward through the forest, making quite a bit more noise then a trained warrior and wolf like him should. His eyes were cut to avoid getting leaves or branches in them as he ran, thoughts rushing in his mind.
'Took too long. Took way too long. Curses body why couldn't you wait till he had to go?' He screamed in his mind, shaking his head as worry flooded into it. 'What if he's hurt? Been attacked? Starving because I haven't gotten him any food?'
Before he could panic anymore in his mind he broke through the bushes, stopping once he was out and scanning around. He spotted Carwyn, His Alpha, and relief flooded over him. From first glance he appeared okay and he needed to keep up a good appearance in from of his future lover.
That the last though that trailed through his mind he blushed ever so slightly under his fur, shyly looking to the side as he started towards the wolf. When he reached him he nodded suddenly giving him a serious look yet a warm smile.
"I apologize, Sire for taking so long. I assure you I hurried and it wasn't my intention to leave you alone for this long." He spoke in a smooth serious tone like he had always forced himself to, wanting to appear as mature and helpful as he could.
He turned his gaze to Jeames, blinking a bit when he noticed how close the wolf was and cut his eyes. Without making it painfully obvious he forced himself in between Carwyn and Jeames. "Shouldn't you be hunting, Jeames?"
The tone he used at first was a bit rude and short, making it sound as if he was mad. Which he was exactly mad or upset just a bit defensive over what he wanted to be his. Whether he had the guts to tell him someday or not.
After shifting his eyes at Jeames, telling him silently to make himself useful he turned to Carwyn. Same serious look crossing his face as he bowed his head. "Is there anything you need of me as of right now, Sire?"

Carwyn said Jeamesero could be trained to be a hunter and in response Jeamesero grew really excited again, nodding his head very fast up and down, but he said nothing. He guessed he was already chaotic enough as of now and he really didn't want to make things even more chaotic. He then heard Carwyn say something and followed the male's gaze to see Rhys arrive at the scene. Once again Jeamesero wagged his tail. ''Hey Rhys!'' he said happily.
''Stop acting like a puppy, you're so useless and stupid.'' Death Mask said to him again and Jeamesero swallowed. No, he was not useless and stupid, the pack seemed to like him, so they didn't think he was, did they?
As Rhys approached he stayed quiet, and Jeamesero turned his attention back to Carwyn who suddenly addressed... Gwyn? Was Gwyn here, too? ''Stop being so mean... You're so mean...''


Once again following Carwyn's gaze the wolf indeed realized Gwyn was there, too. He stood behind them, and was quiet and shy. ''Oh hey Gwyn~'' Jeamesero said to the male, wagging his tail again. He gave the wolf a bright smile, glad to see him. But he was glad to see everyone, of course. And from behind Gwyn Brynn now appeared as well, dashing over to him like a canon ball coming their way. And Brynn stopped not too far away from the deer and said he was happy they had caught it, and he stared at it with great interest. Jeamesero chuckled, before turning his attention fully to Brynn, while he stood in the same place.
''You cannot have it yet, Brynn. We will all eat together. Just wait a moment till everyone is here.'' he said to the wolf, sounding a lot more mature and less excited now. But he still smiled and meant it in a good way, wagging his tail now, too.


And then Satou came arriving from the depts of the forest, rushing down to them, as well. Jeamesero smiled at him and nodded his head in a greeting, but Satou turned his complete attention to Carwyn, once again addressing the male with titles like he normally did. Sometimes Jeamesero wondered what was up with Satou. When the male looked at him and suddenly spoke to him as if he was mad, Jeamesero swallowed and pushed back his head. He then looked at the deer.
''No, we already hunted... there.'' he said to Satou, pointing his muzzle at the dead deer. ''I helped Carwyn to catch it while everyone else was gone...'' he said after that, before looking back up at Satou. ''It would be weird to go hunt now while we already have food... And where were you while we were out hunting?''
That was actually a good question; where had Satou been while Jeamesero and Carwyn had brought down a deer? Jeamesero was actually quite mad at that. Normally Satou was nice to him. But now... And even though he was a Beta, he didn't need to act like this when Jeamesero was around Carwyn, right?
''Oooh sassy, I like you more now.'' Death Mask said, and Jeamesero felt proud the voice in his head had said that. Even though he shouldn't have felt that way.

Satou blinked up at his Alpha, a serious look on his face as he awaited an answer. He wanted to help, be useful and needed around Carwyn. What else was a Beta, second in command, and a secret lover for? ‘Just say the word, Sire.’ He barked in his mind, only barely managing to keep his excitement at bay.
Sudden he heard a noise next to him and turned to see what it was. His eyes met with Jeames and filled with innocent curiosity. What hadn’t the wolf moved on? Why hadn’t he done what he just been asked of him? ‘Maybe he didn’t hear me?’ He asked himself in his thoughts.
“No, we already hunted… there. I helped Carwyn to catch it while everyone else was gone...”
Satou blinked and turned slowly to where the wolf pointed with his muzzle. He bit his lip and stared in confusion at the deer, hurt and fear filling his face and chest as well as his thoughts. ‘But… I was supposed to hunt with Carwyn… That’s not fair...’ He thought sadly, his ears dropping though his eyes and face he forced to hold their serious look as always. Even while he was confused and hurting he could break. Not in front of Carwyn. Not in front of his Alpha.
“It would be weird to go hunt now while we already have food… And where were you while we were out hunting?”
The dark coated male looked at Jeames out of the corner of his eye, a hurt filled look clear in his eyes yet he said nothing. ‘To pee. Because my body and mind are that weak that I can’t hold it till Carwyn has to go… Because fate hates me so much it has to steal every bit of happiness from me...’
Finally he let out a soft sign and turned to face Jeames, a weak smile on his face yet a serious look back in his eyes. “I had to go do something. It wasn’t anything major or that needed doing just… stuff...” he let his voice trail off, no longer wanting to speak with the male yet he forced himself to. “Sorry for my actions… I was in the wrong and should have asked before demanding...”
He swallowed and turned away from the wolf, facing Carwyn a bit in case the wolf was to answer him. He stared out in a daze at the bushes and the deer, making sure to keep an eye on his Alpha so the wolf didn’t move without him. ‘Never going to happen anyway… Not sure why I keep hoping and trying…’

Brynn came over and seemed very excited about the food, actually he looked as though he was about to devour the whole thing in one go. Carwyn was about to tell him they had to wait when Jeames did for him, telling him they all needed to be here before they could eat. Yeah, that was true. The alpha liked seeing the omega take some responsibility, he needed to do that more often, he never really tried to take charge at all. He just never really seemed to.

‘’I apologize, Sire for taking so long. I assure you I hurried and it wasn't my intention to leave you alone for this long.’’ A familiar voice said. It was the beta, Satou. Finally everyone was here and they could eat, but his actions surprised the alpha. He pushed between him and Jeames, why did he do that? Why did he not want to leave him alone? Carwyn just shrugged, until he spoke to Jeames that was.
‘’Shouldn't you be hunting, Jeames.’’ He said, making the alpha turn at him with a slightly annoyed look. He didn’t feel as though he could move standing this close to them both so he moved along, also to give Jeames some room because the poor wolf was being crushed.
‘’Satou-’’ Carwyn began but he was cut off by Jeames, he was standing up for himself.
‘’No, we already hunted... there. I helped Carwyn to catch it while everyone else was gone... It would be weird to go hunt now while we already have food... And where were you while we were out hunting?’’ He said, quite rightfully. Carwyn just nodded for a moment before actually perking up and talking, as alpha he did have authority over Satou, still.
‘’Satou, Jeamesero is correct. Please do not be rude.’’ He simply said, a serious look on his face. He did not pick favourites amongst the pack, he never would. He looked at his beta with a serious gaze, to let him know he meant what he said.
‘’I had to go do something. It wasn’t anything major or that needed doing just… stuff… Sorry for my actions… I was in the wrong and should have asked before demanding...’’ The beta replied and all Carwyn did was nod in respect, it was good he had realised his mistake but still he didn’t speak to him. Not a single word to anyone.

‘’Is there anything you need of me as of right now, Sire?’’ Satou asked, looking serious in his gaze but bowing his head at the wolf. He sure was a loyal wolf, that was why Carwyn selected him to be the beta, but he was sometimes a little too over the top with things, he wanted to assist the alpha with everything, never really leaving him alone.
‘’No, thank you.’’ He said, looking at his beta. ‘’Everyone, tuck in.’’ He continued, smiling. Carwyn moved away from the group a little, allowing them to all eat first. He would eat last, he didn’t need food that much.

There is a sudden shift in the wind, it's speed increases and along with it snow begins to fly through the air. A mini snow storm is in the area, your wolves must make sure they are sheltered or they risk death.

A white coated male sat at the edge of the path, careful, innocent eyes scanning over everything. While he had wanted to help Jeames and their leader catch the prey he was scared to. Really unless he had to he didn't like to fight anything, usually grabbing something tiny to tide him over if he grew hungry when he was on his own.
He sat still as Jeames and Carwyn spoke, hating it to interrupt wolves when they were talking. Plus Jeames seemed really happy and was enjoying himself with was all that matter to Airy. 'Jeames should always have a reason to smile. he deserves it~' He giggled happily, wagging his tail against the ground and nodding.
Suddenly Satou walked up, heading straight for the Alpha as usual. The while male stood up, blinking as he followed the wolf with his gaze. 'What is he planning..? He better not hurt Jeames. While I admit usually he is nice he seems really different around Carwyn.'
Just as he was started at them he heard Satou start demanding stuff, yelling at poor Jeames for nothing in particular. While he made his way over he heard Jeames began defending himself, gaining Carwyn's help a bit afterwards.
Once he reached Jeames he watched Satou pull back, staying near the Alpha but saying he was sorry. Though the while male couldn't figure out if he really was or just saying that in front of their leader. "Defiantly the oddest one here..." he murmured under his breath to himself.
He cut his eyes and pushed his muzzle up against Jeames, nuzzling his way along his sides and up to his neck. "Hey, Jayjay~ Good work with the hunting~" He then stopped, cutting his eyes at Satou a tiny bit. He said nothing yet gave him a 'back off bitch' look with his eyes before giggling and beginning to circle Jeames.
"You did amazing~ Good thing you were here to catch it~" He barked in a soft hum, stopping once he was in front of the male. He then sat down and let his eyes drop, blushing a thin bit under his fur and looking at the males paws. 'Sorry I didn't help any... I promise to do something next time..."

Brynn told him not to worry and how he shouldn't have snook up on the others. Gwyn just nodded, he didn't want to argue and he wasn't really the argumentative type anyway. He preferred to just stay quiet and accept everything that everyone threw at him, just get on with it.

Carwyn spoke to Gwyn as he stood there, silently. He told him it was okay and to come over, but before he could answer Brynn walked past, acting like his usual excited self. Gwyn really did look up to Brynn, he was so happy and he never seemed to be shy, always just getting on with things; how did he do it?

Gwyn walked over to the group, only to see the arrival of Satou, who spoke to the alpha in his strange way, he was always so weird around the alpha. The hunter didn't really get it, but he guessed it was just because he was the alpha and the beta was just showing his respects in some way. Eventually, Airamyst arrived, he was being so kind to Jeamesero, almost puppying him.

Gwyn felt the wind pick up, blowing against his fur much more now. In was colder, too, much colder. He looked up and, through the trees, he could see snow, a snow storm. What should he do? Carwyn must know, right? He was good with things like this, he was the alpha, he had to know what to do in these situations. He looked up at the alpha for reassurance, he felt safer looking at him, knowing he was safe in his company.

Rhys watched as everything unfolded before him, all the others arrived, Brynn seemed so excited while Gwyn seemed shy as usual. Even though he was used to the pack, he was still wary, it was strange to Rhys, who was quite excitable himself in a way. Suddenly, Satou arrived, he pushed between the alpha, Carwyn, and Jeames. He always acted so strangely around the alpha, Rhys didn't really care, though. His only concerns were the well-being of the pack, being a medic.

Once Gwyn finally came to join them, Airamyst came over and the wind began to blow much harder; a snow storm had started without them knowing. He looked to the side, seeing snow through the trees.
''Carwyn...'' He said, looking very worried right now. ''There's... oh... there's a snow storm...''
Rhys could hardly speak, he was so scared right now. By the looks of things Gwyn had seen it as he looked towards the alpha for reassurance. He was sure that Carwyn would give it and tell them what to do, he was a good leader, Rhys wished he had the courage of that wolf; he wasn't much of a hero himself.

''Hello, Airamyst,'' Carwyn said as the wolf arrived, standing next to Jeames and acting quite compassionately towards him. He noticed a couple of wolves seeming uneasy, especially Gwyn, he looked at him with a very scared look. Then he turned his head to listen to Rhys, who, at this point, sounded petrified. He spoke of a snow storm, that one was upon them. He looked behind him, there sure was a snow storm. This was not good, not good at all. If they stayed where they were then they would be covered in snow, they needed to hide somewhere, somewhere like a den. There was one not far from here, actually. The den would only fit around one or two of them inside, he had to make a choice; be critical. Who was weaker than the others? Who would panic the most? These were some of the tough decisions he had to make as an alpha. He hated selecting members, but he had to, he had to make sure his pack was safe. He had to remember who wouldn't be separated either, Jeames and Airy would have to stay together. Maybe they couldn't go to the den, then, it wasn't big enough and leaving two alone was not a good idea; the den wasn't a good idea. They'd just have to run and run quickly at that, stick together and hope the trees protected them. Or, maybe they could get to some thicker trees, luckily they were in woodland right now.

''Right, we need to leave. Now. Everyone run, just do it. We can't leave the safety of the woods or go to the edges, but if we go to the heart of the woods it should be thicker woodland. Hopefully, that will mean the snow can't get through so much. We need to stick together, nobody falls behind, I will go at the back. If we lose anyone here it's me. Anyone against that idea because I don't think we have time to do anything else?'' Carwyn said with a confident tone to his voice. He wasn't about to let his pack mates die so early into their journey; if he died Satou would be in charge. At least, the younger wolves would have a future. It was his duty to protect the pack, not himself, he was too selfless to think about himself right now. They did have some time, a few minutes at least; if anyone wanted to say something else they'd have to now. ''We have a few minutes, anyone else got some ideas?''

(Sorry I skipped a lot of people, I am busy tomorrow and wanted to get posts done today.)

Satou gave a lame excuse, saying he has just gone off to do... something. But what was that something he spoke of? Jeamesero gave him a confused look. And then he said sorry to Jeamesero, and Jeamesero smiled at him weakly. ''It's okay...'' he said, though, was it really now? Carwyn stepped up, taking Jeamesero's side in this matter. And soon Airamyst arrived and did the same, giving Satou an angry or annoyed look before turning his eyes to Jeamesero and jumping all around him, giving him compliments. Jeamesero couldn't help but chuckle at the male. He wagged his tail in response. ''Thanks, I guess. Though Carwyn did most of the work.''
And then suddenly Jeamesero could feel the wind getting stronger, and he looked in confusion up at the sky to see dark clouds rolling in from not all too far away. It was actually too close for comfort. His eyes immediately went to Carwyn after Rhys had spoken of a snow storm, waiting for the leader's directions.


Carwyn started giving directions and Jeamesero nodded, looking at Airamyst and protectively pressing his body firmly against his even though he was scared shitless by the coming storm. But he just wanted his best friend to be safe. And Brynn, of course Brynn was his friend, too. He needed protection, as well. His eyes went out to the other male, as if he was silently calling for him to join the two of them.
And then Carwyn asked if anyone had any other ideas, and Jeamesero looked at him, his ears pressed back against his skull. Going for the heart of the forest was the best idea so far, especially if there were thicker tree trunks there to hide near. ''We could all just go into the forest together, and once we're in the heart stick together and form some sort of blanket? Weaker ones in the middle and stronger ones on the outside. We can help each other, while the trees help us shield from the most of the snow?'' he said, actually it was more of a question. He wasn't the smartest, and he hoped this would be an acceptable idea.

There was some arguing about who caught the deer and who didn't once Satou arrived, it seemed, though Brynn didn't pay attention at all. After Carwyn had stepped aside Brynn ignored everyone around him and just started to dig in on the prey, tearing flesh and chewing on bones. With this goofy expression on his face no one seemed to exist to him anymore while he ate his belly round and full. His tail wagged happily as his head was bend over towards the food he was shoving down his throat quickly.
He clearly didn't care about the world around him until he was done eating. At least, until his stomach told him he was done. After that he pulled back from the prey and looked at the other wolves as he licked the blood from his lips. And even though this should have been a stealthy mission, Brynn was oh so good at ruining it for himself.
''Hey guys, this tastes so gooood! Dig in! Come on! I went ahead and ate! Yum!'' he called out, blowing his cover. But hey, he had already eaten. What could they do? Tear open his belly and take the meat back out?


But then he noticed some of the wolves in the group looked tense, and he too pressed his ears back just like Jeamesero did, giving them all a confused look. ''What's going on? Why are you guys not eating? You look scared...'' he said, and then he heard Carwyn give instructions.
''Run? Why run...?'' he asked and then he noticed the wind blew a lot stronger than before, and it seemed to become stronger and stronger by the minute. His eyes turned to see grey clouds coming their way. He had seen this before; the beginning of a snowstorm. He grew kind of excited because he loved snow, but not exactly in this kind of way. Turning his attention back to the others, he listened to Jeamesero's idea before standing near them.
''You run for safety, I will take the food with us.'' he said, letting them know they could go on ahead; but Brynn would not leave the food. Never.

Satou bit his lip and gaze at the ground just in front of his paws, his face a bit heated now since he had blown up on Jeames. Really he just didn't want his Alpha doing things without him or looking at another wolf in a certian way. He wanted him to someday return his feelings and love him back. Treasure him and their moments together like Satou did.
"Satou, Jeames is correct. Please do not be rude."
Satou closed his eyes and winced, lowering his head a bit. Yeah he had been exspecting that as soon as he stopped and thought about his actions. He said nothign in responce though, simply opening his yees ever so slightly and starting downwards. 'I'm sorry...' He thought to himself, not daring to say anything out loud.
"It's okay..."
The male didn't move, nor make any sign he had heard the wolf, simply continuting to stare at his paws. Finally he looked up, raising just his eyes to Jeames, as he caught movement nearby. He regignised it to be Airamyst and blinked at him until he recieved a angry look from the male. Quickly Satou looked away, turning his gaze onto Carwyn as the male stood and began to give out directions.
"Right, we need to leave. Now Everyone run, just do it. We can't leave the safety of the woods or go to the edges, but if we go to the heart of the woods it should be thicker woodland. Hopefully, that will mean the snow can't get through so much. We need to stick together, nobody falls behind, I will go at the back. If we lose anyone here it's me. Satou raised himself up until he was standing on all fours, cutting his eyes at the storm that had started up just before Carwyn had spoken. 'So best act would be to take shelter in the middle of the forest as Carwyn said. Good thinking, my Alpha.' He cut a tiny smile and turned his eyes to the male.
Just before he could speak though Jeames spoke up, suggesting they form a sort of blanket and place the weaker ones towards the middle. It sounded more like a question of a idea, as if he wasn't sure completly.
After the male finished, ending his words in a question before looking around, Satou smirked and nodded, padding up the Jeames. He kept quite a distance, wanting to only be close to Carwyn, though stopped a mere paws away.
"That's a amazing idea, Jeames. Good job." He forced a smile before turning to Carwyn, taking a serous look once more and addressing his love intrest. "He has a point, my lord. We should place the younger and weaker wolves in the middle and form a barrer of sorts just in case."
He then took several steps forward, looking over his shoulder before calling out, nodding towards Carwyn. "Follow our Alpha, as I think it best if he led. Tho we must be quick about it! If we don't hurry we could be trapped out here and/or killed. I will follow up behind to make sure everyone is alright from the back."
Satou then turned his gaze to Carwyn, hoping the male would take his advice and move in front. He didn't care about himself as much as Carwyn and didn't want to Alpha to come to any harm. He also figured it only right for their amazing brave leader to move first, not wanting anyone, inculding himself, to step on his rank.
'Please move, sire. Forgive me and take my advice. I would be devastated if your curves... I-I-I mean your body was to come to harm...' He bit his lip, blushing ever so slightly under his lip though he help no one noticed. 'Um... I suppose his body doesn't sound much better...'

Jeames gave his own thoughts to the situation, and it was a good idea. He seemed to not feel that it was, actually making it into a question more than an answer.
''Jeames that is a great idea.'' Carwyn said to him. Satou started moving around and then also said that it was a good idea, he had certainly changed his tone. Brynn suddenly started talking and he said that everyone else could run ahead, but he would bring the food. Carwyn wouldn't let that happen. There was no way on this earth he was getting left. Satou then told Carwyn it was a good idea, but he ignored it, he didn't have to tell him.
''Brynn, get over here. Don't you dare bring the food, just bring yourself. If you really want us to bring the food, I will do it myself.'' Carwyn said with a slightly aggressive tone to his voice. Then Satou starting yelling at everyone to run and follow Carwyn. No, that was not good. He looked at the beta with a slightly angered stare, he was clearly going against Carwyn's will, but he let it happen anyway.

Carwyn walked over to the carcass before they left because he had said he would bring it. He looked at Brynn for a brief moment but soon stood right over the kill.
''I might need some help, are you willing to?'' He asked Brynn, wanting him to feel involved. He grabbed ahold of one of the legs and began to pull on it, dragging it across the ground. He had forgotten that it was a young deer, so it wasn't exactly that heavy. He got over to the front of the group, deer in his mouth, and waited for Brynn to help him out. Then they would be able to start running.
